Note:  This is a coin open to dicussion.  Gültekin Teoman reads its mint as Amasya and date as 657.  Tuncer Şengün, while in the same opinion about the date, reads its mint as Alaşehir.  Stephen Album says its mint is Amasya and date is 659.  As to me, the date is 657 and mint may be read as Ankara as well as Amasya.  Johan-Cristoph Hinrichs has the most different view.  He believes this is not even an official Seljuq coin.  He defends the view, that this may be a modern fake or rather may be a coin minted carelessly by one of the Beyliks of the time under the name of Qilich Arslan.  As the clues for this he points out that:  1-) It is written ﻥﺎﻄﻼﺴﻟﺍ  instead of ﻥﺎﻄﻠﺴﻟﺍ,  2-) The word ﺞﻠﻗ was put on an unnatural place,  3-) The word ﻥﻼﺳﺭﺍ was written as ﺳﺭﺍ,  4-) The name of caliph was written as ﻪﻠﻟﻢﺼﻌﺘﺴﻤﻟﺍ instead of  ﻪﻠﻟﺎﺑﻢﺼﻌﺘﺴﻤﻟﺍ ,  5-) The word ﺮﻴﻣﺍ was written as ﺮﻌﻟ ,  6-) The alif in ﻥﺎﻫﺮﺑ is shorter than natural.
